By means of the relation analysis of numerious rock dielectric constants below 25MHz with their affecting factors, the paper presents a new 25MHz dielectric constant interpretation model—SV Model. By comparing with the general TPO Model, the new one posseses the characteristic of much better adapting the quantitative interpretation in hgih shale content formation.
