The literatures on RE (rare earth) agricultural application in recent years were summarized in this paper. It summed up the effect and technique of RE agricultural application, summarized the biological effect essence of increasing yield and imprving quality of RE micro fertilizer from six respects, pointed out some questions existing in the study of RE agricultural application at present and direction of study in futufe.
