Fruit trees of 18 species were potted withde-salt soils,during springs of 1989～1991.The soil salt con- tents of 0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,and 0.5% were established.Results showed that salt injury was positively re- lated with salinity and the duration of salt stress.According to the analysis of multiple correlations,salt tol- erance of the 18 fruit species may be arranged in the descending order as follows:pomegranate,ginkgo,fig, birchleaf pear,dateplum,loquat,grape,cherry,peach,downy cherry,plum,apricot,mume,hawthorn...
