Referring to 2D Vector GIS and 3D Geometric Construction's topologic relations, considering application in mining and geology, the author proposes five group relations to describe topologic relations among five geometric elements——node, edge, cycle, surface and body. Introduce face divide body as a way is proposed to construct and maintain the five group topologic relations dynamically. A binery tree is used to describe the relation of boundary surface and divided bodies in the sub dividing process.
