To
obtain the normal values of esophageal acid exposure in healthychinese adults,We monitored
with 24 esophageal pH in 50 normal adults,which,revealed that in all subjects the esophageal
pH remained above 4 for 98.6 % of thecircadian,hence pH 4 was defined as the threshold of
acid reflux. Obeservation of 6components of esophageal acid exposure suggested the
