Physiological Reaction of Seedlings of Puccinellia Tenuiflora Under the Condition of Salt Stress Ⅱ. Effect of salt stress on Membrane Conductivity of Seedlings of Puccinellia Tenuiflora
We treated the seedlings of Puccinellia tenuiflora with mixed salt modeled the saltcomponent of the soilof Songnen alkalized grassland andinvestigated the leakage rate of electrolyteand k￣+ in the leaves. The leakage rate increased with the increasing salt stress value,this indicatedthat membrane conductivity increase with the increasing stress value.
