The periodic structure of arachidic acid salt LB films measured by low angle X-ray diffraction will be datnaged by treating LB films with vapor of ammonia and hydrogen chloride solution.However,the peaks of the LB films,whose diffraction peaks had already disappeared due to the treatment with acid(or base),will be appeared more or less if being treated with base(or acid)again.
