This study recovers three kind of basic amino acids from the waste water of producting Cystine process by using usual casion exchange resine. The paper gives out the better technological conditions to separate the basic amino acids by experiments. According to the balance of theary and chromatographic theory.the relation of the anion and pH value with the eluting and separating ability is deduced.
