以 Ti(i-OC_3H_7)_4/O_2为原料,C_2H_4作光敏剂,以 CW CO_2激光为热解光源,在连续流动反应池中制备了 TiO_2超微粉.对粉体作了 Ti 含量、IR 光谱、XRD、TG/DTA 及 TEM 等项分析表征.初始粉体为分散性好的球形颗粒,较低温度煅烧处理后的粉体仍可保持原有的颗粒形态和分散性,煅烧后的晶形是以金红石为主,并含有少量锐钛矿的混晶.
