By applying the scoring method of symptoms of kidney deficiency and estimation of osteodensity as indices for judging the therapeutic efficacy, we have proposed the medicaments of nourishing kidney for the treatment of osteoporosis with rather satisfactory results. These medicaments not only ameliorates clinical symptoms, but also delays the developing process of osteo porosis and proves the traditional theory ofkidney nourishing the marrowto be correct.
