Mice, infected with secondary cysts of Echinococcus granulosus for 10 months, were treated orally with 〔35S〕 albendazole sulfoxide 150mg/kg (containing 0.74 MBq). One hour after medication, peak radioactivity appeared in blood, and then declined to one half of the peak value 2-4 hours later. 24 hours after medication, most of the radioactivity eliminated in the blood.
