A dry-blend of novolic (a two-stage phenolic resin) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) was milled with a ball- mill at temperature of lipuid N2.By means of the method a copo-lymer was prepared. The blend treated mechanically was extracted by xylon and aceton one by one. IR spectrum of the extractive solutions and residue were studied respectively.
