Objective:Based on a novel Bi-Sensing Pulse Diagnosis Instrument (BSDPI), this thesis adopts BSDPI's artificial fingertips to fetch an array of pulse waves by duplicating TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) physician's finger-taking skill during the process of pulse diagnosis. The array of pulse waves can be a valid scientific data of the TCM physician's pulse-taking feeling, so it makes possible the quantitative research of TCM diagnosis and treatment, instead of qualitative research.
