为进一步开发利用前期筛选出的优秀杀菌植物大花金挖耳Carpesium macrocephalum Franch. Et Sav.。本论文从以下五个方面就大花金挖耳的杀菌作用进行了较为系统的研究。结果如下:
1从大花金挖耳花中分离得到17种化合物,鉴定出其中14种化合物,包括7种倍半萜内酯类化合物,1种香豆素类化合物,2种甾体及其甙类化合物和其它类型化合物4种。经文献调研,11β甲基-6-烯-二环[5,3]- 7α-羟基二环[5,3] -癸烷-3-酮和6,7α-环氧异乌药烷-8,12β内酯为分离得到的新天然化合物,6,7α-环氧异乌药烷-8,12β内酯和11β甲基-6-烯-二环[5,3]- 7α-羟基二环[5,3] -癸烷-3-酮等4种化合物为首次从天明精属植物中分离得到。测试了所得化合物对番茄灰霉病菌和苹果炭疽病菌等4种病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用,结果表明,倍半萜内酯类化合物和香豆素类化合物对病菌孢子萌发抑制活性较高。在鉴定的化合物中,除β-谷甾醇、β-胡萝卜甙和D-甘露糖醇外,其余11种化合物的农用杀菌活性为首次报道。分析比较结果表明,倍半萜内酯类化合物是大花金挖耳...
