This report reviewed the outbreak history of Newcastle disease which had spread in the worldwide during the last 80 years,introduced the tendency of hosts being infected by NDV,discussed the evolvement of virulence in a view of molecule mechanism,and made a good forecast combined with the prevailing NDV genotype in our country.
