繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, PRRSV)是猪“高热综合症”的主要病原之一,它能引起机体免疫抑制、导致继发感染,造成免疫失败等,对养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。
采用ELISA抗体检测方法,对从枣庄各区、市(2008-2010)采集的1055份(其中免疫PRRS灭活疫苗568份、免疫弱毒疫苗361份、未免疫126份)临床无临床症状猪的血清样品进行了抗体检测,结果显示,接种灭活苗、弱毒苗和未免疫无临床症状猪群的PRRSV抗体阳性率分别为71.1%(404/568)、88.1%(318/361)和53.2%(67/126)。结果表明调查猪场有PRRS自然感染;接种弱毒疫苗产生的抗体水平较灭活疫苗高。根据猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)和猪瘟病毒(CSFV)的基因组序列设计了两对特异性引物,建立了同时检测PRRSV和CSFV的多重RT-PCR方法。采用该方法,对采自2008至2010年间枣庄地区临床发病猪群的172份病料和血清开展了PRRSV与CSFV的检测,结果显示,发病猪病料中高致病性PRRSV占56.4%(...
