众所周知,制浆造纸业的黑液中木质素的产量为5000万吨/年,除2%的木质素被利用外,其余部分均被燃烧,木质素如何处理和应用仍是这一领域发展亟待解决的问题,国家多次设专项解决这一难题。本文以实现木质素的应用为目标,以碱木质素为原料,原位实现木质素、甲醛和尿素三元逐步共聚制备木质素基脲醛树脂胶黏剂(Lignin-ureaformaldehyde resin adhesive,LUF)、木质素基脲醛树脂炭微球(Lignin-ureaformaldehyde resin based carbon microspheres,LUFC)和木质素基脲醛树脂多孔炭材料(Lignin-urea-formaldehyde resin based activated carbon,LUFAC),并分别研究了胶黏剂和多孔碳材料的应用性能。主要研究成果如下:1.根据木质素的结构特点,首先对木质素进行羟甲基化改性,然后分批加入甲醛与尿素进行逐步三元共聚反应,制备木质素基脲醛树脂胶黏剂。系统研究了木质素替代甲醛为0wt%~60wt%时对胶黏剂性能的影响。取代量为10wt%时,胶合强度最大为1.42MPa,优于纯脲醛树脂的胶合强度为0.89...
