副溶血弧菌(Vibrio Parahaemolyticus, VP)是我国沿海水产养殖的重要病原菌之一,广泛存在于海水和海产品中,因致病性副溶血弧菌暴发性增殖引发的水生动物疾病每年都会给水产养殖业带来巨大的经济损失。在我国,由副溶血弧菌污染引起的微生物食源性疾病居首位,广西位于我国南部地区,海产品消费量大,人们喜欢食用生的或者半生熟的海产品,因此副溶血弧菌是引起广西地区食物中毒最主要的病原菌。耐热直接溶血毒素(Thermostable direct hemolyticus,TDH)、相对耐热直接溶血素(TDH-related hemolysin,TRH)和不耐热溶血素(Themolabile hemolysion,TLH)是副溶血弧菌的主要毒力因子,能产生多种溶血素,分别由tdh、trh和tlh基因编码。本研究分别从广西沿海的钦州、北海和防城港3市采集160份凡纳滨对虾病样,进行副溶血弧菌的分离、鉴定以及药物敏感性试验,用PCR方法对tdh, trh和tlh毒力基因进行检测,并成功表达了tlh毒力基因,为蛋白纯化、抗体制备及蛋白性质研究等领域打下基础,也为副溶血弧菌感染的监控和防治提供技术支撑。获得的主要结果...

Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the important pathogen in aquaculture of coastal areas of China, widely distributed in seawater and seafood products. Aquatic animal diseases caused by explosive proliferation of V. parahaemolyticus have brought huge economic losses every year.
