海洋来源真菌是海洋天然产物和海洋药物的重要来源。特别是珊瑚来源真菌,作为近年来的研究热点之一,越来越引起天然产物及药物研究者的注意。已报道的珊瑚来源的真菌次级代谢产物已经有一百多个,涉及生物碱、大环内酯、萜类、醌类和苯衍生物等结构类型,这些化合物表现出抗藤壶附着、抗菌和细胞毒等生物活性。本课题组已从中国南海软珊瑚Sarcophyton sp来源的一株拟盘多毛孢属真菌Pestalotiopsis sp. (ZJ-2009-7-6)中分离鉴定了3个结构新颖的混源氯代二苯甲酮化合物,包括对映异构体(±)-pestalachlorides C-D和阻转异构体pestalachloride A。在前期工作的基础上,本论文继续对真菌Pestalotiopsis sp.
