Microbial Diversity Research on Yellow Catfish(Pseudobagrus Fulvidraco) Gastrointestinal And Culture Environment of Ipomoea Aquatica Floating-Bed Used in Fish Pond
黄颡鱼(Pseudobagrus fulvidraco)是为我国特种水产养殖中的重要品类。本文通过大规模养殖实验,研究了人工浮床水培水雍菜对池塘养殖废水中氮、磷等富营养物质的去除能力,并采用Illumina平台高通量测序方法对水雍菜浮床养殖模式下黄颡鱼肠道及环境微生物的多样性进行了研究,为一步推广水雍菜浮床养殖模式以及黄颡鱼的科学健康养殖奠定理论基础。本次研究的主要结果如下:2014年6月-10月,在面积为8000 m2的黄颡鱼养殖池塘中铺设覆盖度为水面面积7%的水蕹菜浮床,另设无浮床的池塘作为对照,通过测量水体中氮磷等营养元素的分析表明,在养殖过程中水蕹菜浮床对养殖池塘水质的净化作用比较显著。本研究采集了铺设水雍菜浮床的实验组和对照组中黄颡鱼肠道、池塘水体、池塘底泥、水雍菜根系以及颗粒饲料共13份样品,通过高通量测序方法对16S r RNA基因的V3-V4可变区进行测序分析。经过检测发现所有的样品中均有较高的细菌多样性,每个样品获得了9489到30,060条不等的有效序列,13个样本共获得了204,575条序列,这些序列在97%的序列相似水平上共获得15220个OTU,其中肠道样品中检测到123-164个O...
