本研究以NC82、CF87、FC8、V2、B22、净叶黄、革新3号为材料,以正己烷、95%乙醇、无水乙醇、80%乙醇、甲醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、石油醚(30-60℃)、二氯甲烷为提取溶剂,采用生长速率法测定烟草提取物对真菌的抑制作用,采用杯碟法测定提取物对细菌的抑制作用;运用色谱仪器对烟草提取物中主要次生代谢物质的含量进行测定;采用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察西柏三烯醇类提取物对苹果腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)超微结构的影响;运用DPS v7.05软件及Excel 2010对数据进行处理分析。从而探究烟草提取物的抑菌特点、主要的抑菌活性成分及可能的抑菌机理,为烟草的综合开发利用提供理论依据。具体结果如下:(1)烟草提取物对革兰氏阴性菌—大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌无抑制作用;而对革兰氏阳性菌—金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有抑制作用,但抑制作用微弱。(2)烟草提取物对苹果腐烂病菌等11种病原真菌的菌丝生长均有抑制作用,尤其对子囊菌亚门核菌纲—苹果炭疽病菌、苹果腐烂病菌和半知菌亚门丝孢纲—番茄枯萎病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制效果较好,抑制率均超过50%。以CF87品种鲜烟叶正己烷提取物为例,0.5 g/m L C...
