猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的以繁殖障碍、呼吸疾病、生长停滞为特征的传染病,给世界养猪业造成巨大经济损失。对PRRSV特异性抗体的监测对于有效的预防和控制本病是很有必要的。同时,该病毒具有对宿主免疫系统免疫抑制的作用,从而降低疫苗免疫效果。而免疫接种是我国当前预防猪瘟的有效手段,在临床中无论是该两种疫苗的选择或配合使用一直都是养猪业关注的问题。

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome which caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus is a infectious disease with the characteristics of reproductive failure, respiratory disease, and growth retardation in pigs, and leading to huge economic loss in swine industry worldwide.
