自从两系法杂交水稻应用到实际生产中以米,全国已育成一批粳、籼型光温敏核不育系,取得了可喜的成就。但由于水稻两用核不育系的选育还存在许多问题,如光温敏核不育系在育性敏感期内遇到强烈的低温,育性容易波动,使杂交种纯度降低等,所以,探讨和鉴定光温敏核不育水稻育性情况,在两系杂交水稻生产上有重要的意义和应用价值。在本文中,通过鉴定300多份光温敏不育系的不育性,选育出育性较稳定11个籼型温敏不育系和8个粳型光敏不育系。在杭州自然条件下利用AMMI(additive main effects and effects and multiplicantive
interaction)模型鉴定了不同核不育水稻对日长的敏感性;并观察研究了新选育的11个籼型温敏核不育系受台风影响,育性波动情况,以期为光温敏核不育水稻的实际生产提供理论依据。获得如下主要结论:
