Though SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) are playing an important role in thesocial economic development of Jilin Province, yet the growth of them is gravely restricteddue to difficulties in financing. Taking this issue as main topic and utilizing analyticalmethods of both empirical and normative, this paper makes a systematic analysis of thedifficulties of Jilin’s SMEs face in financing and reasons behind it, and comes up with someeffective countermeasures to help solving the problem.
