Leaf samples collected from 13 Eucalyptus wetarensis provenances populations introduced from the geographic range from Eucalyptus wetarensis in the east islands of Indonesia are analysed for RAPD variation.The genomic DNA is extracted from 78 individuals leaves using modified CTAB method.The analysis of the genomic DNA which amplified by 20 arbitrary 10-base primers screened from 214 arbitrary 10-base primers reveals 165 amplified loci with 127 polymorphic loci and the proporation of polymorphic loci is 77....
