本研究以甘肃省民勤地区的唐古特白刺种子为供试材料,测定了唐古特白刺种子水浸提不同时间水浸液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并以蒸馏水浇灌为对照,将唐古特白刺幼苗分别浇灌1%NaCl、1%NaCl+15 m moL.L~(-1)CaCl_2,通过测定叶片细胞膜稳定性指标和可溶性物质含量,最后对营养器官进行解剖和扫描电镜观察照相,旨在探讨唐古特白刺种子的化感效应和Ca~(2+)对唐古特白刺抗盐性的作用效应,研究结果归纳如下:
1.唐古特白刺种子水浸提液对小麦种子的萌发和生长具有显著影响,浸提24 h的水浸液对小麦种子的发芽率有抑制作用,而对发芽指数和发芽活力有促进作用;浸提36 h的水浸液对小麦种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数均具有抑制作用。
2.在1%NaCl盐胁迫下,喷施15 mmoL.L~(-1)CaCl_2溶液可显著降低唐古特白刺叶片电解质渗透率和MDA含量,外源Ca~(2+)可保护盐胁迫下唐古特白刺叶细胞膜稳态性,保护膜系统结构的完整性。
3.在1%NaCl盐胁迫下,喷施15 mmoL.L~(-1)CaCl_2溶液可显著提高唐古特白刺叶中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,说明外源Ca~(...
