At present much remains to be done in order to clarify the mechanism of selectivity of the protein-imprinted polymer and to find the optimal experimental conditions. In this thesis, protein-imprinted P(AM-co-NVP) hydrogel beads were prepared, the adsorption and recognition properties of the beads were studied, as well as the imprinting mechanism was discussed.
