辣椒是青海省农业的重要经济作物之一。对青海辣椒内生细菌(endophyticbacteria from capsicum)促生效应的研究,能发挥天然微生物无毒、无污染的优势。本文从青海西宁市苗圃、大通、民和等地区农家种植的辣椒中分离内生芽孢杆菌,共分离了6株菌株,通过回接试验筛选到2株性状比较优良的目标菌株,经鉴定菌株X1为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),菌株W1为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis),并对辣椒内生芽孢杆菌的生物学特性及促生效应进行了初步研究。
以抗利福平(100μg/ml)为标记,对枯草芽孢杆菌X1菌株在辣椒体内的定殖动态进行测定,结果表明,通过浸种、灌根和涂抹叶片方法接种,该菌株均能在辣椒体内定殖,其中以涂抹叶片接种进入植物体内的菌量最多。用浓度为5×10~6cfu/ml的菌液浸泡辣椒种子24h,出苗后可从辣椒体内分离到大量目标细菌。促生效果试验表明,无论浸种、涂抹叶片或浇灌土壤接种均对辣椒生长表现出明显的促生作用,其中以涂抹叶片法接种效果最好。X1菌株能够进入植物体内传导,该菌在植物体内定殖量的多少与其促生作用呈正相关;菌...
