Studies on Correlation among Different Degrees of Hypoxia、Changes in Serum Cardiac Enzyme Activities on Preoperative Patients with Tetralogy of Fallot and Their Early Prognosis after Primary Repair
目的:探讨法洛四联症(tetralogy of Fallot,TOF)患儿在行TOF根治术前缺氧程度和血清心肌酶活性改变,与术后患儿的正性肌力药物支持时间、呼吸机支持时间、重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)停留时间及并发事件的关系。
方法:2006年7月至2007年9月,75名在本中心接受TOF根治术的典型TOF患儿,年龄8月-15岁(2.82±2.68岁);对照组为103名门诊的健康查体者,年龄5月-13岁(4.53±4.27岁)。均于术前测定血清中肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的活性,对两组的心肌酶活性进行t检验。将TOF患儿术前经皮氧饱和度(SPO_2)分别与血清CK-MB、CK、LDH及AST的活性进行相关性分析。记录TOF患儿术后的正性肌力药物支持时间、呼吸机支持时间、ICU停留时间,并与术前的血清心肌酶活性和SPO_2进行相关性分析。根据有无并发事件将TOF患儿分为两组,对SPO_2、血清CK-MB、CK、LDH及AST的活性进行比较。
