This article summarized the research significance of selenium-enriched vegetable was set forth from the aspects of the effects of selenium on human health,vegetable growth,development and the characteristic of selenium-enriched vegetable and so on.Furthermore,the actuality study of selenium-enriched vegetable was discussed.Finally,the problems in the selenium-enriched vegetable and the further research direction were pointed out in this paper.
