It has not been disposed completely on the neuro-physiological system of anxiety defect.Presently,it is thought that anxiety defect is relevant to some nervous substances.its a rhythem of the brain wave is less,and its central nervous system involves cerebral cortex,cingulate cortex,amygdaloid body,cerebral ganglion,hippocampus Hypothalamus and brainstem,etc.This paper summarizes the progress in research of anxiety defect.
