Objective To try diagnosing brucellosis with PCR technology. Methods Backward investigation was taken. Ninety eight whole blood and twenty one serum samples from patients suffering from brucellosis in Shaanxi were collected .Three different ways in which extract DNA and two pairs of primers were used.
