In the human resource management of small & medium private enterprises,there exist many problems,such as the lack of human resource strategy plan,the insufficient functional exertion of human resource management and the stickiness of the traditional personnel management.Therefore,it is necessary for the small & medium private anterprises to update the ideas,take advantages of thmselves and ask for effective methods of human resource management which are suitable for their own characteristics.
