Effects of ten solvents to rhus laccase-catalyzed oxidation of ferrocene were investigated. Results show that diethylene glycol monobutyl ether (DGBE) is a suitable solvent. The initial velocity (v0) is fastest when volume ratio of DGBE to 0. 1 mol/L phosphate buffer (V/Vp) is 1/4 at pH 8. 0 and temperature 40℃. Smaller quality of DGBE in the solution is benificial to the reaction. When ferrocene concentration is in 1. 67×10-4-1. 64 × 10-3 mol/L,rhus laccase-catalyzed oxidation of ferrocene is pseudofirst o...
