Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common and aggressive malignancies worldwide.High tumor recurrence and metastasis has been one major reason that contributes to the poor prognosis of HCC patients. Tumor angiogenesis was confirmed to be associated with the invasion and metastasis of HCC.Therefore it is urgently needed to explore the molecular mchanisms of underlying HCC metastasis and tumor angiogenesis, and provide potential effective therapeutic targets to improve HCC patients survival.
