The Neural Pattern of the Amygdala Activation and Functional Connectivity in Processing Negative Information for the Subjects with Congnitive Vulnerability to Depression
目的:(1)采用情绪面孔匹配任务及功能磁共振(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)脑影像学技术,探讨抑郁认知易感者和重性抑郁症患者在负性情绪信息加工时杏仁核的激活特征及其异同点;(2)采用功能连接分析方法,探讨抑郁认知易感者和重性抑郁症患者在负性情绪信息加工过程中,其杏仁核与不同脑区之间是否具有特殊的脑功能连接方式。
方法:(1)使用认知方式问卷(Cognitive Style Questionnaire, CSQ)、流调中心用抑郁问卷(Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, CESD)等量表测查了长沙两所大学的642名在校生,最终得到有效数据595份。根据CSQ特有的计算方式得到每个被试的最弱连接分,基于最弱连接分获得抑郁认知易感者(最弱连接高分者)与非抑郁认知易感者(最弱连接低分者)。(2)从抑郁认知易感者中随机抽取29名易感组被试、非抑郁认知易感者中随机抽取33名控制组被试,并从心理咨询门诊就诊的首发未服药的重性抑郁症大学生患者中抽取32名抑郁组被试,分别完成情绪面孔匹配任务,同步进行...
