我国竹子资源丰富,分布广泛,竹叶在新型医药开发和食品加工等方面有着很好的开发前景。目前竹叶化学成分研究主要涉及黄酮类化合物、酚类化合物、蛋白质、糖类、外原性抗氧化剂、氨基酸以及微量元素等方面。本文以8种箬竹属植物(阔叶箬竹(Indocalamus latifolius (Keng) McClure)、粽巴箬竹(Indocalamus herklotsii McClure)、美丽箬竹(Indocalamus decorus Q. H. Dai)、髯毛箬竹(Indocalamus barbatus McClure)、天目箬竹(Indocalamus sinicus (Hance) Nakai)、长耳箬竹(Indocalamus longiauritus Hand.-Mazz)、长节箬竹(Indocalamus guangdongensis H. R. Zhao et Y. L.
