【摘要】 在装备物资采购中,采购方首先需要就价格、服务质量等方面选择理想的供应商,选择方式可采取竞标的形式。如果这种竞标行为能够在网上进行,则既可节约资金,又能提高效率。软件人是一种具有人工生命特征的智体,它可以代替人在网上完成力所能及的工作,具有一定的主动性、自主性和智能性。本文提出了一种基于软件人采购协商模型的竞标协商机制,阐述了物资采购中采购软件人与供应商软件人之间的协商策略,使得在指定的时间内能够顺利地完成采购任务。采购行为采用竞标方式,采购软件人作为主持者,供应软件人作为竞标者。设计了采购协商类,并模拟实现了协商过程,从而提高了协商的准确性及效率,节省了人力、物力,并进一步证明了软件人的智能性和拟人性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In furnishment material buying,purchaser needs to select ideal supplier based on price and service quality and selection manner may be bidding.If bidding may be implemented on Internet,it may save a lot of funds and improve efficiency.Softman is a kind of agent with Artificial Life characteristics who may do some works just like human on Internet.It has initiative,independence and intelligence.A bidding negotiation mechanism based on softman buying negotiation model is put forward in this paper.Negotiation strategy on buying softman and supply softman in material buying is expounded.The buying behavior is done through bidding.Buying softman is presider and supply softman is bidder.Buying negotiation class is designed and negotiation process is implemented.It can improve the coordination accuracy and efficiency,save manpower and material resources and demonstrate the intelligence and humanness of softman further.更多还原
