功能梯度材料作为活塞热障涂层的热分析研究

【摘要】 本文采用ANSYS9.0有限元软件,以内燃机活塞稳定工作情况下平均温度作为边界条件,先采用热分析,再结构分析的间接求解法,模拟了陶瓷/金属梯度层的圆柱体在稳态工作情况下的温度及其热应力分布情况,并与单一陶瓷材料圆柱体的分布情况进行了对比。结果表明:使用陶瓷/金属梯度层可以明显改善圆柱体的温度分布情况,缓和了由于热膨胀系数不匹配而产生的陶瓷层与金属基体交界处的热应力。
【Abstract】 This paper simulated the temperature field and the thermal stress distributions of the functional gradient materials of ceramics/metals used for the preparing piston in IC engine by means of ANSYS9.0 finite element software, using thermal analysis and then structural analysis using the indirect solution method under the stable working conditions and based on the boundary conditions of average temperature of piston in IC engine. Those simulation results were compared with those from the pure ceramic cylinder as well. It was found that using the ceramic/metal gradient cylinder could improve obviously the temperature distribution, and could also relax and reduce the thermal stress at the interface between the ceramics and metal which was caused by mismatch from the different coefficients of thermal expansion.
