【摘要】 供应链管理是当前管理科学领域的研究热点问题,但对企业内部供应链管理的研究还比较缺乏。论文对内部供应链管理的一个关键环节,即组织结构设计与调整进行探讨。首先探讨了供应链管理对企业组织结构的要求,然后从专业化、部门化、命令链、控制跨度、集权与分权和正规化几个维度,对供应链管理模式下的企业组织结构要素进行了分析。在进一步剖析影响组织结构的权变因素的理论基础上,给出了供应链管理模式下的企业组织结构的参考框架——基于流程的矩阵组织结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply chain management (SCM), has become a hot point in the realm of management science research. However, there is a lack of studying on internal SCM of enterprises. In this paper, our research focuses on a key topic in internal SCM, i. e., the design and adjustment of organizational structure. First the requirements of SCM for organizational structure of enterprises are discussed. Then the fundamental elements of organizational structure under SCM are analyzed from several dimensions including work specification, departmentalization, command chain, control span, centralization/decentralization, and formalization. On the basis of contingency theory of organizational structure, a reference framework of organizational structure for enterprises implementing SCM is proposed, which is a kind of matrix structure based on business processes.更多还原
