用于超宽带光纤拉曼放大的新型碲酸盐玻璃研究

【摘要】 研究了可用于超宽带光纤拉曼放大的碲酸盐玻璃组分与玻璃的转变温度、析晶开始温度以及拉曼散射光谱的关系。结果表明,在TeO2的含量一定时,引入其他金属氧化物TiO2、BaO和WO3,玻璃转变温度升高,放热峰强度减弱, 碲酸盐玻璃的热稳定性提高。而Raman光谱表明,随着其他金属氧化物的引入,玻璃网络结构中的TeO3三角棱锥体向 TeO4双三角锥体转化。另外,由于WO3的引入在920 cm-1拉曼振动峰拓宽了碲酸盐玻璃的拉曼谱,这对实现高效的超宽带光纤拉曼放大是非常有利的。
【Abstract】 The glass transition temperature( Tg), glass crystallization onset temperature( Tx) and Raman scattering spectra of new tellurite glasses for ultra wide band fiber Raman amplifier were studied as the functions of the glass composition. The results indicates that the glass transition temperature( Tg) increases, the intensity of exothermal peaks decrease, the thermal stability of the tellurite glass improves, and TeO3 trigonal pyramids( tp) transform into TeO4 trigonal bipyramid, when other metal oxides such as TiO2, BaO and WO3 were introduced and the content of TeO2 was fixed. Additionally, the peak at 920cm-1 due to introduction of WO3 broadens the Raman spectrum of tellurite glass which is advantageous for realization of ultra wide band fiber Raman amplifier.
