双辊连铸的工艺控制研究及其在镁合金薄带中的应用

【摘要】 主要介绍了水平式双辊连铸技术和立式双辊连铸技术的特点,讨论了双辊连铸工艺控制过程中影响铸带质量的一些工艺参数,简要介绍了双辊连铸技术在镁合金中的应用情况。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the characteristics of twin roll casting,including horizontal twin-roll casting and verti- cal twin-roll casting are introduced,some technical parameters influencing the quality of the casting-strip properties during process control are discussed.The application of twin-roll casting in magnesium alloys thin strips is introduced briefly.
