猪粪污水中NH4+与产氢光合细菌的相关关系研究

【摘要】 以猪粪污水提取液为基质,脱NH4+/NH3猪粪污水提取液为对照,厌氧、连续光照、30℃下恒温培养产氢光合细菌,对光合细菌生长、产氢和(NH4+]进行了动态研究。结果显示:[NH4+]>0.2 mmol/L,光合细菌生长迅速,而产氢作用几平被完全阻止,[NH4+]<0.02 mmol/L时,光合细菌停止生长,产氢速度最快。由此可见,通过改变基质中[NH4+]能够有效地调控光合细菌生长和产氢进程。
【Abstract】 Using pig dejecta wastewater as substrate and pig dejecta wastewater free of NH4+ /NH3 as comparison, the correktivity of the growth, hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria and [NH4+],under the condition of anaerobic, continuous illumination and 30 ℃, were examined. The results showed that [NH4+] >0.2 mmol/L, the growth rate of photosynthetic bacteria was rapid and hydrogen production was almost inhibited; [NH4+]<0.02 mmol/L, the growth of photosynthetic bacteria was stopped and the rate of hydrogen production reached the peak value. Therefore, the conclusion can be reached that the growth and hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria can be regulated by changing the concentration of [NH4+] in pig dejecta wastewater.
