高钙煤灰渣溶出氧化铝的物理化学基础研究
Physico-Chemical Basis of Alumina Extraction from Coal-Ash of High Calcium Coal or Coal Briquette

【摘要】 在相图计算和对高钙煤灰渣的X射线衍射,扫描电镜微区分析结果的基础上,提出如下设想:用高钙煤或高钙型煤按石灰烧结法要求的CaO/SiO2,CaO/Al2O3比例将CaO含量略加调整,使其在燃烧或煤气化的高温过程中顺便形成含硅酸二钙和铝酸钙的灰渣, 以便用碳酸钠稀溶液溶出其灰渣,形成铝酸钠溶液,从而省去氧化铝生产的石灰烧结法耗能高的烧结工序,廉价制造氧化铝。在实验室规模用阳泉煤制成以石灰为黏结剂的型煤点火燃烧,燃烧灰渣用碳酸钠稀溶液溶出,氧化铝溶出率达97%以上,从而初步证明了实现上述设想的可能性。
【Abstract】 Based on the results of XRD and scanning electron microscopic micro-region analysis of the ash of Shenfu coal, as well as the results of phase diagram prediction by the software FACTSAGE, it was proposed that it may be possible to produce coal ash containing 5CaO·3Al2O3 by adjusting the amount of lime-addition before the burning or gasification of high-calcium coal or coal briquette. And the coal ash of this kind can be used to leach alumina by dilute Na2CO3 solution. By this way, it may be possible to produce alumina from coal by the "latter half" of lime sintering process without "sintering operation". Based on this idea, Yangquan coal was used to make briquette and extract alumina from its burning ash, with the rate of leaching more than 97%. It means that the realization of the above mentioned idea can be quite possible.
