萃取拜耳法及其物理化学基础研究

【摘要】 应用脂肪醇或烷基酚作为萃取剂,可以从拜耳法循环液中萃取NaOH和KOH,从而使其苛性比重新降至1.4-1.5左右,重新用于种子分解,这可能大幅度提高拜耳法每个循环的氧化铝产出率。萃取油相用水反萃可得不含铝的NaOH浓溶液,有可能作为循环液溶出铝土矿或先溶出赤泥中的氧化铝再溶出铝土矿,以达到改进或强化氧化铝生产的目的。结合萃取流程研究测定了萃取速度和萃取平衡, 模拟内耦合萃反技术的萃取流程取得较好结果。为选择萃取剂和走通流程,用量子化学计算和红外、紫外、拉曼光谱和电导测量等方法对萃取机理和流程中一些物理化学问题进行了研究。
【Abstract】 Using alkyl alcohol or alkyl phenol as extracting agents, it was succeeded to extract NaOH and KOH from the recycling liquor of Bayer process, in order to make the caustic ratio decreased to 1.4-1.5, suitable to make decomposition for aluminium hydroxide production again. The caustic alkali-containing oil phase can be stripped by water to produce concentrated NaOH-KOH solution, suitable for the leaching process of bauxite or red mud. By this way, the production of Bayer process can be greatly intensified. In this work, the equilibrium and rate of extraction process, the mechanism of extraction and some other physico-chemical topics were studied for the flowsheet design of this new process.
