【Abstract】 Some methods can be used to increase the solubility and the rate of dissolution of drugs, such as micronization of drug; addition of water miscible organic liquids; formation of emulsions, liposomes, micelles; vesicles; regulation of pH and/or the dielectric constant of media; chemical or physical modification of drug and formation of drug complexes with appropriate inorganic or organic complex agent. Ibuprofen is a kind of insoluble drug. Some biological active substances, such as hydrotrope and solubilizer, play an important role in the solubilization of drug.更多还原
