【摘要】 <正>In modern antiviral therapy, an important role is played by acyclic nucleosides and their analogues, in which the alkylation at the 1-position of a pyrimidine or 9-position of a purine nucleosides, such as Acyclovir, Ganciclovir, PMEA and so on. In our experiment, using H2O as the solvent and Et3N as the base, we realized a rapid and green synthesis of acyclic nucleosides from pyrimidine derivatives and Ethyl acrylate by Michael addition under microwave irradiation in moderate to high yields.更多还原
