14CO32-在鱼和金鱼藻中的分布与积累动态

【摘要】 本文采用同位素示踪技术研究了14CO32-在红鲤和金鱼藻中的分布与积累动态。结果表明:(1)红鲤会从水体中摄入,吸附14CO32-并在各组织器官中积累,摄入和吸收14CO32-的主要器官是肠胃道(內脏),鱼体各部位中14C的比活度差异很大,其大小次序为: 內脏>鱼鳃、鱼鳍>鱼鳞>鱼头,鱼骨>鱼皮、鱼肉。(2)金鱼藻因其羽状复叶具有较大的比表面积而对水体中的14CO32-有较强的吸附、吸收和富集作用,其对14C的积累主要在新叶组织中。新叶中14C比活度在第21d出现最大值(29656.59 Bq/g),分布百分比达86.34%,CF值达5035。
【Abstract】 The distribution and accumulation dynamic of 14CO32- in red common carp and hornwort was studied by using isotope-tracer technology. The results showed that: (1) 14CO32- ions in water were ingested and adsorbed by red common carp, and accumulated in different apparatus. The main apparatus to ingest and absorb 14CO32- ions was intestines and stomach (viscera). The specific activity diversity of 14C in different parts of red common carp was greatly obvious. The order in different parts is: viscera>gill, fin>scale>head, bonoskin, meat. (2) Hornwort had stronger adsorb, absorb and enrichment actions on 14C in waters, because its pinnately compound leaves possessed bigger specific surface area; and its accumulation of 14C was mainly in new leaf organization. The specific activity of 14C in new leaf appeared greatest value of 29656.59 Bq/g at 21d, with distribution percent reaching 86.34% and concentration factor (CF) reaching 5035.
