水热法制备球形NiO的电化学性能

【摘要】 利用水热法制备了球形NiO。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、循环伏安、恒电流放电、电化学阻抗谱等方法对样品形貌及电化学性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明,晶化处理温度对样品的结构和电化学性能有较大影响,300℃时所得 NiO具有球形结构,电化学性能较好,单电极比容量达到830F/g。
【Abstract】 NiO spheres were obtained by hydrothermal process. The structure and morphology were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical properties of NiO electrode were preformed by cyclic voltammogram and galvanostatic discharge measurements with the potential range from -0. 1 to 0. 5V (vs. SCE) in 6mol/L KOH electrolyte. The results demonstrated that the NiO micro-spheres obtained at 300癈 had a good stability and cyclic performance. Its specific capacitance as single electrode was up to 830F/g.
