掺银碱金属铌酸盐压电陶瓷的性能及微观结构研究

【摘要】 采用传统陶瓷制备工艺,制得了碱金属铌酸盐(1-x)(Na0.475K0.475Li0.05)NbO3-xAgNbO3(简记为 NKLNA)无铅压电陶瓷。表征了制得样品的晶相、微结构、以及介电、压电性能等电学性能,探索了材料成分,陶瓷制备过程,陶瓷结构以及性能之间的关系。研究得出:当x≤0.0375时,陶瓷为单一的正交钙钛矿结构;当x=0.045时出现K3Li2Nb5O15的四方钨青铜结构杂相。大部分陶瓷样品具有很好的致密度。低的烧结温度和长的保温时间使结晶更加充分,样品致密度更好。烧结参数和Ag含量对NKLAN样品的结晶化和微结构都有重要影响。在x取0.0075时,材料具有最佳的压电性能,压电常数d33达到了153pC/N,平面机电耦合系数kp为34.29%。
【Abstract】 Alkalis niobate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics doped with silver, (1- x )(Na0.475K0.475Li0.05)NbO3-x AgNbO3 (NKLNA) , were prepared by conventional ceramic sintering technique. The crystal phases and the mi crostructure were characterized, the dielectric and piezoelectric properties were measured, and the relations between the properties and the processing conditions were investigated. The results show that the crystal phases of the ceramics were dependent on the x-composition. When x<0. 0375 the ceramics is orthorhombic with pure perovskite structure, and when x >0. 045 there is some other phase of K3Li2Nb5O15 with tetragonal tungsten bronze structure. The processing parameters and the content of silver have significant effect on the properties. The measurements of piezoelectric properties reveal that the ceramics provide high piezoelectric constant d 23 =153 pC/N, and planar electromechanical coupling factor k p = 34. 2 % when x =0.0075.
